Made in collab with MFused. This painting is at a cross between abstract and figurative. Whole series New Landscapes is based on manipulation of small models, which are photographed and put through the custom digital filter, then painted with more or less accuracy.
Hollows, bulges, light, …it all contributes to the resemblance of the surfaces to the natural landscape.
