<\/p>\nIn today’s blog, we are going to write about natural cosmetics and why it is important to start using ingredients that are natural and not so harmful to the body, as well as ourselves and nature around us.<\/p>\n
It is well recognized that today’s cosmetic industry is business giant, which turns millions and millions of dollars. With its enticing descriptions and celebrities who promote them, it’s easy to attract hard core skeptics who initially did not intend to buy or use the merchandise. Unfortunately, such industry usually attracts a younger population, which is not conscious or mindful of the toxic ingredients of such merchandise.<\/p>\n
The first and only rule which everybody should keep is:<\/p>\n \u201eNever put on your skin or hair, the product that you could not consume it. We should avoid the ones toxic to the body if you eat them \u201e<\/p>\n We frequently forget that the skin is the biggest organ of our body and that it breathes the same as our every other organ.<\/p>\n The most usual components of these products are various bleaching agents, parts of rat poison or similar. Unfortunately, such things we will not see or experience, watching the colorful and beautifully packaged products or ecstatic stars who promote them. And exactly this marketing scam only shows that these cosmetic companies only invest everything in the promotion and retail of the product. This means that the commercials you see are the biggest expense, while the product it sometimes goes up to 70% below the price in stores.<\/p>\n We recognize that it’s sometimes difficult to convince women to read and explore all small letters that help as a warning under each product. Therefore, the best thing is to start educating yourself or teach younger about DIY cosmetics, the one that you can make from ingredients whose effects we know and from plants that have the properties required to obtain effective toothpaste, shampoo or whatever. It is enough to type into a search engine DIY and natural cosmetics and it will find hundreds and hundreds of creative, tried and very useful recipes.<\/p>\n Today I will share some of the recipes that will be used for natural cosmetics workshop in Deringaj during Hackatone festival.<\/p>\n Recipes (taken from Infoshop Opskuria, ReciKlaonica Zagreb – infoshop.opskuria@gmail.com)<\/p>\n DIY, natural deodorants<\/p>\n ingredients:<\/p>\n \u2022 coconut Oil<\/p>\n \u2022 corn starch (cornstarch)<\/p>\n \u2022 soda<\/p>\n \u2022 essential oil (optional)<\/p>\n Ratio 1: 1 (starch: baking soda) – melt coconut oil – mix the ingredients with coconut oil till you get a desired texture – essential oils of your choice (some 20 drops) and that’s it<\/p>\n Natural Toothpaste<\/p>\n * We recommend not to use glycerin<\/p>\n Toothpaste 1<\/p>\n \u2022 2 tablespoons of baking soda<\/p>\n \u2022 1 teaspoon fine sea salt<\/p>\n \u2022 1 | 2 tsp cinnamon powder<\/p>\n \u2022 5 drops of essential oil of cloves<\/p>\n \u2022 3 drops of peppermint oil<\/p>\n Toothpaste 2<\/p>\n \u2022 \u00bd cup green clay<\/p>\n \u2022 \u00bd teaspoon of powder neem<\/p>\n \u2022 \u00bd cup of baking soda<\/p>\n \u2022 calcium carbonate powder (bought in specialized stores, not in tablets as it contains acid)<\/p>\n \u2022 coconut oil (add it to get the desired consistency of toothpaste)<\/p>\n \u2022 \u00bd teaspoon Himalayan salt<\/p>\n \u2022 4 drops of tea tree<\/p>\n \u2022 3 drops citrofita<\/p>\n \u2022 5 drops of propolis<\/p>\n \u2022 10 drops of essential oil of sweet orange<\/p>\n \u2022 5 drops of oil of peppermint<\/p>\n \u2022 optionally add Xylitol (artificial sweetener very useful for DIY toothpaste) or Stevia<\/p>\n The most significant matter is to add, mix and experiment with ingredients until you find the desired texture of your toothpaste.<\/p>\n In the second toothpaste we added calcium carbonate, tea tree, neem, Propolis and citrofit because we want our toothpaste to be effective (a common ailment of such toothpastes is that they are tasty and smell nice, but don’t have any real effect)<\/p>\n Marina U dana\u0161njem blogu, malo \u0107emo pisati o prirodnoj kozmetici i za\u0161to je va\u017eno po\u010deti upotrebljavati sastojke koji su prirodni i tako ne \u0161kodljivi kako tijelu, tako i nama samima a i prirodi oko nas.<\/p>\n Poznato je da je dana\u0161nja kozmeti\u010dka industrija poslovni gigant, u kojem se okre\u0107u milijuni i milijuni dolara. Sa svojim primamljivim natpisima i poznatim osobama koje ih promoviraju, lako \u0107e privu\u0107i i najokorjelije skeptike koji isprva nisu imali namjeru kupiti ili koristiti taj proizvod. Na\u017ealost takva industrija naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e privla\u010di i mla\u0111u populaciju, koja nije svjesna ili upoznata s toksi\u010dnim sastojcima takvih proizvoda.<\/p>\n Prvo i jedino pravilo kojeg bi se svi morali dr\u017eati je:<\/p>\n Nikad ne stavljati na ko\u017eu ili kosu, onaj proizvod koji ne bi mogli pojesti \u2013 tj. Koji ne bi bio otrovan za tijelo kad bi ga konzumirali.<\/p>\n \u010cesto zaboravljamo kako je upravo ko\u017ea najve\u0107i organ na\u0161eg tijela i kako isto di\u0161e s nama kao i svaki na\u0161 drugi organ.<\/p>\n Ukoliko se to pravilo ne mo\u017ee ispo\u0161tovati, jedino zna\u010di da takav proizvod koristi sastojak koji je otrovan za tijelo. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su takvi sastojci razni izbjeljiva\u010di, dijelovi otrova za mi\u0161eve ili sli\u010dno. Na\u017ealost takve stvari ne\u0107emo vidjeti ili do\u017eivjeti gledaju\u0107i \u0161arene i lijepo upakirane proizvode ili zanosne zvijezde koji ih promoviraju. Upravo je tu i klju\u010d svih tih kozmeti\u010dkih kompanija, ula\u017ee se sve u promociju a malo u proizvod. To zna\u010di da upravo ona reklama koju vidimo je i najve\u0107i tro\u0161ak cijelog proizvoda, dok sam proizvod ponekad vrijedi i do 70% ispod cijene koju vidimo u trgovinama.<\/p>\n Znamo da je te\u0161ko uvjeriti nas \u017eene ponekad da je upravo to i istina, te se \u010dak ni ne trudimo i\u0161\u010ditati i istra\u017eiti sva sitna slova koja stoje kao upozorenje ispod svakog proizvoda. Zato je najbolje na vrijeme po\u010deti preodgajati sebe ili u\u010diti mla\u0111e u DIY kozmetiku, tj.onu koju mo\u017eemo sami napraviti od sastojaka \u010dije djelovanja znamo i od biljaka koje imaju svojstva potrebna da bi dobili ili u\u010dinkovitu pastu za zube, \u0161ampon ili sli\u010dno.
